- We only offer standard shipping at this time
- Shipping within the US & Canada typically cost up to $10 depending on exact location
- International shipping typically costs up to $25 depending on exact location
- Free shipping on US & Canada orders over $115
- Free shipping on International orders over $199
Processing & Handling Time
- Orders are typically processed, packaged, & shipped within 72 hours.
- Delivery times can take between 3-5 business days for US & Canada orders
- International delivery times take longer, depending on location
Tracking & Order Status
- A tracking number will be able as soon as your shipping label is created (this may be before the actual shipment date)
- All tracking information will be provided no later than the date of shipment
- Once shipped, any questions, concerns, or changes will need to be made by the customer directly with the carrier service
Missing / Lost Packages
- All orders come with optional package insurance pre-selected for peace of mind against delivery issues
- A Strangers Love does not offer refunds or credit for issued experienced with delivery
- We encourage you to take advantage of our optional package insurance if you have any concerns
